How Luova works

Shopping inworld

Shopping at Luova is simple. Left-click a vendor to open its menu and browse the available options, or right-click and choose Pay to purchase directly. Your item will be delivered automatically, usually within seconds.

• Most items have a free Demo available, so you can always try before you buy.

Store credit

Store credit is my little way of saying thank you for supporting me. The more you shop, the more you build up.

• Earn 5% back in store credit on in-world purchases, or 10% when you're wearing your Luova group tag.
• Use your credit on full-price items. It can't be used alongside sale, member pricing, or gift purchases.
• Your store credit belongs to you and cannot be transferred to another avatar.
• New avatars may receive a small welcome credit to get them started too!
• All Luova customers receive a special Rezz Day store credit gift on their Second Life birthday, automatically.
• New customers receive L$250 in store credit with their first full-price purchase.
• From 1 January 2027, store credit is valid for 6 months from the day you earn it. Anything you already hold on that date stays available until 1 July 2027.

Gift cards

Gift cards work a little differently from store credit. They're Linden-value credit that you can purchase from the gift-card kiosk inworld, either for yourself or someone else.

• Use them on almost anything, including sale and member-priced items.
• They're transferable and giftable, so you can pass one along to a friend.
• Choose any amount you like when purchasing from the kiosk.
• Gift card credit never expires, so there's no rush to spend it.

Group member pricing

Luova group members get access to special pricing on selected items. To get the member price:

• Join the Luova group and make sure the Luova group tag is active while shopping.
• On eligible vendors, the Pay window will show two prices, the regular price and the lower member price.
• Select the member price to complete your purchase.
• Not seeing it? Check that you're wearing the correct Luova group tag, then touch the vendor again.

Gifting to a friend

Want to treat someone? You can send any item as a gift directly from the vendor. Left-click the vendor, choose Gift, enter your friend's Second Life username, and pay. The item will be delivered straight to them with a little note letting them know it's from you.

• If they already own the item, you'll be notified and won't be charged.
• Have gift-card credit? You can use it toward the gift.
• Want to keep your identity secret? Choose Anon Gift and your gift will arrive as a surprise from a mysterious benefactor. 👀
• You can also add a personal message to any gift. The recipient can read it once they unpack their item, or at any time from their Luova account page.

Lost your item? Redelivery

If you've purchased an item before but can no longer find it, left-click the same vendor and choose Redelivery. You can also open your Luova account page and grab a redelivery from there.
