How Luova works

Shopping inworld

Shopping at Luova is simple. Left-click a vendor to open its menu and browse the options, or right-click and choose Pay to buy directly. Your item is delivered automatically, usually within seconds.

• Most items have a free Demo, so you can always try before you buy.
• Fatpacks bundle every fit of an item for less than buying them one by one.

Store credit

Store credit is my little way of saying thank you for supporting me. The more you shop, the more you build up.

• Earn 5% back in store credit on inworld purchases, or 10% when you're wearing your Luova group tag.
• Spend it on your own full-price purchases. It can't be used on sale items, member prices or gifts.
• Paid the full price anyway? If you pay a vendor directly while you have store credit, it's still used on eligible items and the Lindens it covered are refunded to you straight away, so you never miss out on your credit.
• New to Second Life? Accounts under 90 days old can claim a L$750 welcome credit at the mainstore. How it works
• Already settled in? Your first full-price purchase gives you L$250 in store credit instead.
• Every Luova customer gets a rezday store credit gift on their Second Life birthday, automatically.
• Your store credit belongs to you and can't be transferred to another avatar.
• From 1 January 2027, store credit is valid for 6 months from the day you earn it. Anything you already hold on that date stays available until 1 July 2027.

Member pricing

Luova group members get special prices on selected items. To get the member price:

• Join the Luova group and make sure the Luova group tag is active while you shop.
• On eligible vendors the Pay window shows two prices: the regular price and the lower member price.
• Choose the member price to complete your purchase.
• Not seeing it? Check you're wearing the Luova group tag, then touch the vendor again.

Gifting to a friend

Want to treat someone? Left-click the vendor, choose Gift, enter your friend's Second Life username and pay. The item goes straight to them with a little note saying it's from you.

• If they already own the item, you'll be told and won't be charged.
• Want to keep it a secret? Choose Anon Gift and it arrives from a mysterious benefactor. 👀
• You can add a personal message to any gift. They can read it when they unpack the item, or any time from their Luova account page.

Lost your item? Redelivery

Bought something before but can't find it? Left-click the same vendor and choose Redelivery, or open your Luova account page and redeliver it from there. It's free, as often as you need.

Gift cards

Coming soon Gift cards are on their way. Once they launch, you'll be able to buy them at a kiosk inworld, for yourself or for someone else.

• You'll be able to spend them on almost anything, including sale and member-priced items.
• They'll be transferable and giftable, so you can pass one along to a friend.
• You'll choose any amount you like at the kiosk.
• Gift card credit will never expire, so there's no rush to spend it.
